i can feel a temperature drop outside. this is the first night i haven't been sweating in my home. i stayed inside all day to beat the heat, but right now i'm actually....dare i say...cold!

sweet Andy let me sleep in, while he and kate cooked some waffles, then due to her teething, she went down for an early/long nap, and we caught up.
i spent the afternoon with her, which included books, blocks, animal crackers, diapers, letting andy work, and cuddling and tickling her. it was great.
babysitter backed out for tonight. andy and i were headed to a friend's bday party, but i let andy go and i stayed home to do some billing for fox web co, relax, and try to stick to my before midnight bedtime. 1035 CST right now so i'm on track.
still reading edward tulane and it is amazing. i'm scared to finish it because i know the end will be so awesome.

dreaming of: one day going to broadway, trying to see Hairspray at the movies, a good beach day without too much sweat, some McDonalds.
